By purchasing from this website you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. These terms do not affect your consumer's statutory or other legal rights or the consumer law.



All fees and prices quoted on this website are shown in GB pounds. All fees and prices are correct at the time of upload but due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down. In the event that this affects an order you have placed, we will advise you prior to processing your order.

The fees and prices displayed on our website exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) except when stated. VAT and shipping charges (as applicable) will be added as you progress to the checkout stage in the order process.

For publication orders, all shipping fees quoted on our website cover delivery to an address within the United Kingdom; delivery to an address outside the UK can be arranged but is subject to an additional charge. If you require delivery to a non-UK address, please contact us for a quotation.


Payment options

Training course/event booking fees can be paid online at the time of booking by credit or debit card using PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, just an email address.

For orders which include a training course/event booking you can opt instead to pay on receipt of an invoice. If you select this option, you will be required to provide a purchase order number prior to confirming your order.

Fees for a training course/event booking must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the course/event unless otherwise agreed with us.

Payment online by credit or debit card at the time of order is required for all 'publication only' orders i.e. orders for publications and/or products such as CDs which do not include a training course/event booking.



All orders for services and products are subject to availability. We will forward an order confirmation by email for all orders submitted via this website.



For publication orders, we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7 to 10 working days within the United Kingdom. If we become aware of a problem which affects this delivery schedule e.g. a publication has not yet been published or is out of stock, we will contact you to agree a new delivery date or a refund of payment for any outstanding items. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK may take longer - we will advise you of the anticipated delivery schedule on receipt of your order.

If you experience problems with your order, please contact us between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday and we will do our best to resolve the problem.


Cancellations and refunds

In the case of goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting the day after the goods are received. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, their return will be at your expense.

A full refund will be given once we have received the returned items and confirmed their satisfactory condition.

Initial course/event bookings

For training course/event bookings, a 75% refund will be given for cancellations received by us at least 14* working days before the course/event (*30 working days for a DGSA course). Otherwise, no refunds will be given.

Transferred course/event bookings

The refund policy stated above for 'Initial' bookings does not apply when a booking has already been transferred. If we have agreed at your request to transfer your original booking to a subsequent course/event, any refund will be at our discretion.

For goods and training course/event bookings, notification of cancellation must be given in writing - please contact us by email or write to the address shown below.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any training course/event. Should this prove necessary, we will endeavour to notify you at the earliest possible time. If we cannot transfer your booking to a suitable alternative course/event, you will be offered a refund of fees you have paid to us.

Cameon Ltd accepts no liability for any accommodation or travel expenses incurred by you if a training course/event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Faulty or incorrect goods

If the goods you receive are faulty or not correct in accordance with your order we will either replace them or give you a full refund, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Under these circumstances, the return of goods will be at our expense.
