The Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGRs) contain procedures for the safe transport of dangerous goods by air.

The provisions of the DGRs apply to all IATA member airlines and other airlines operating to IATA's requirements and all shippers and cargo agents that offer consignments to such operators.

The DGRs contain all the legal requirements of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, published by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), together with some additional and more restrictive operational requirements imposed by IATA.
