2021 dangerous goods transport regulations
The latest editions of the international dangerous goods transport regulations started coming into effect on 1 January 2021, including the 2021 edition of the ADR Agreement and the 2021 IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (Edition 62). IATA has issued Addendum Revision 1 correcting errors and/or omissions in the text of the 2021 DGR (Edition 62). This was posted by IATA on 18 January 2021. A copy of the addendum is available here.

A Corrigendum (No.1) has been issued to correct errors and/or omissions in the text of the 2021 edition of the ADR Agreement. A copy of the document is available here.
CAA dangerous goods revalidation training - temporary extension
The UK Civil Aviation Authority has issued a further temporary exemption from the 2 year deadline for recurrent dangerous goods training. This is in recognition of the problems facing industry during the current Covid-19 epidemic due to the unavailability of normal revalidation facilities. The exemption - which can be utilised subject to compliance with a number of conditions - is effective from 29 January to 31 March 2021. A copy of the CAA exemption notice is available here.
